Personal Investigation: Part 1 - The Photobook
Following an introduction to photography in Year 12, students are challenged to create their own body of work with a view to publishing this in the form of a photobook.
Students research the history of the photobook form, analyse notable examples and learn to edit and sequence their own images. This is an opportunity for students to focus on their own practice as lens and light based artists, creating work that is personal and meaningful.
This process usually begins in the Spring Term and culminates in the publishing of the completed book some time after Easter.
